Two West Norfolk girls missed out on glory in the Britain’s Got Talent final.
Nicole Schade, 14, from Wretton, and Ella Harvey, 11, from North Wootton, were performing with Entity All Stars in the final on Sunday.
The pair were part of a street dance group, which were put through by the judge Alesha Dixon, but finished 11th in the viewers’ vote and missed out on the big prize scooped by dog trainer Jules O’Dwyer.
Nicole’s father Paul said: “She loved the experience and her journey has only just begun.
“There has not been a dance act in the final since 2009.”
It has since been revealed that trainer Jules used a stunt dog during her performance at the final.
Mr Schade said:“The public love animals and the people voted for them so fair play.
“It has not stopped us from doing what we wanted to do.
“If you are a good act, you will carry on and be successful.”
