The Ffolkes at Hillington launches its Street Feast foodie event featuring ten Norfolk street vendors
The Ffolkes at Hillington is bringing together a collection of Norfolk street vendors for a foodie event which will run throughout the winter and into spring.
Its Street Feast event starts on Friday, December 4, and will continue until the end of March. It takes place every Friday and Saturday in the The Ffolkes Stables Courtyard, which has been transformed into a trendy gastro-themed space to eat.
Live music from a guest DJ will be playing too.
There will be ten street-vendors to pick and choose from, each serving up a range of food and drinks.
These include The Bucket List’s classic chip buckets, Moco Kitchen’s mouth-watering bao buns and gyro flatbreads and Byfords cooking up their authentic stone-baked pizzas and gelato, doughnuts and coffee.
Street Feast also welcomes The Cabin to its line up with their Asian-inspired tacos and Burgersmith, who will be providing succulent burgers made with locally-sourced beef and ingredients. Hen House Kitchen will be making their buttermilk chicken burgers, and will be joined by Oishii Street Kitchen with their Asian street food.
In addition to the food, Globetrotters Bar will be mixing up a variety of cocktails and Norfolk Raider Cider will be serving refreshing locally-brewed cider. The Ffolkes bar will be open for soft drinks, draught beer and serving Black Shuck gin.
Emma Jacob, events co-ordinator said: “We’re so excited to be launching Street Feast at the Ffolkes this year, it’s a great way to bring local businesses together and use our courtyard space while weddings and corporate events can’t go ahead.
“Visitors to Street Feast can be assured that we are following all government advice to ensure that this is a safe event for everyone, with hand sanitiser stations, social distancing measures and thorough cleaning of tables.”
Tickets are £3 per person, and parking is free. All you need to do is book your timed slot online to visit and pay on the door upon arrival; all food and drink will be delivered to your table. This is a dog-friendly event, and dietary requirements are catered for.
