West Norfolk student comes second in national heat

A student from King Edward VII Academy has been presented with a National Rotary Highly Commended certificate by the president of King’s Lynn Priory Rotary.

Taya Farnham, who was presented this award by Robert Jones, won through both the local and regional heats to reach the national finals.

A spokesman said: “Hundreds of entries reached the

national finals so winning a place in the top two is an achievement which Taya can feel justly proud.”
