Witnesses sought after man assaulted by youths in King's Lynn




A 21-year-old man was assaulted by two youths in Lynn last Tuesday, police have said.

Detectives are appealing for information following the incident, which happened on the cycle path adjacent to the King Edward VII Academy between 8.30pm and 8.50pm.

Officers say the victim was walking towards Lynn Road with his girlfriend when they were approached by a group of youths.

Two of the youths, believed to be aged between 14 and 16, pushed and then punched the victim who was uninjured in the attack.

One of the suspects was wearing tracksuit bottoms and a black McKenzie jacket while the other wore a grey tracksuit.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information concerning the suspects.
