Witnesses sought after teenager punched in Walpole St Peter




A teenager was punched in an assault in Walpole St Peter yesterday.

Police are appealing for witnesses following the incident which happened at about 5.45pm.

The victim, a boy in his mid-teens, was cycling along Walnut Road when a man approached him, stopped his bike and punched him to the left-side of his face causing bruising.

The suspect is described as being white, aged between 20 and 30, about 6ft 2ins tall, of a medium build and wearing dark jogging bottoms and a top with the hood up.
