King's Lynn woman,25, died after toxic combination of drugs found, inquest told
A 25-year-old woman was pronounced dead after taking a toxic combination of opiates and amphetamines, an inquest was told.
Rebecca Louise Wilson,25, of Columbia Way in Lynn died at home after paramedics pronounced her dead at 4.39am.
Her friend, Gary Alexander Clarke, who had known her for a number of years, was present and gave a statement.
He said: "Becky called me and said she had taken pregabalin and cocaine. When I got there the lights were on and there was music playing.
"I called the paramedics after doing CPR."
Miss Wilson had a history of drug use and had been diagnosed with ADHD, but her mother Belinda Wilson confirmed that she had been producing negative drug tests for a number of months and was in touch with drug services such as Change,Grow,Live.
Ms Wilson said she "had no reason to believe" that her daughter was using again.
Toxicology reports confirmed that Miss Wilson has opiates, cocaine and amphetamines in her system but the quantities found were not lethal in isolation.
The coroner Simon Milburn said: "After hearing the evidence I have no reason to believe that Miss Wilson would take her own life and her death was due to a combination of drugs, as the amounts found were not of a fatal dose.
"I offer my condolences to the family."
