Woman charged with 16 thefts across three counties, including three at King's Lynn stores

A woman will appear in court later this month charged with 16 charges of theft, including three in Lynn.

Amy McDonagh, 24, is accused of stealing more than £11,000 worth of goods from shops across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire over a period of several weeks from late May to early July last year.

Police revealed today that McDonagh of Bridge End Road, Red Lodge, Suffolk, was arrested on January 2 following an investigation involving officers from the three counties' forces.

She was subsequently charged and is currently on bail following a hearing before magistrates in Ipswich earlier this month.

In total, McDonagh is accused of stealing:
