King's Lynn woman creates unique business
Dersingham Christmas Fair recently hosted a variety stall holders and gave small businesses the opportunity for visitors to sample and buy their products.
One such business, Norfolk Jar Kitchen, which had nearly sold out, had the perfect range of items as a gift or just a treat for the consumer.
Charlotte Ward. 31, from Heacham, is the owner of the business that has proved popular in a little over the year since it was originated.
Charlotte said: "I’m a mum of two and a wife of one and I work in a senior role for a family support centre in Lynn. I started Norfolk Jar Kitchen in September and my aim is to create and deliver affordable personalised gifts to Lynn and West Norfolk of all different walks of life.
"Vegan, non-vegan, allergies, non allergies you name it I try and cover it.
"When both my children were born up until last year they both suffered with a cows milk protein allergy and we found it so difficult to find unique treats and gifts for them.
"So I put my mum and business hat on and have created personalised products for lots of different dietary requirements.
"The business has really set off and I’m so overwhelmed with the response so far."
