Swaffham woman in court charged with causing death of motorcyclist in crash on A1065

A woman from Swaffham has appeared in court charged in connection with the death of a motorcyclist in a crash last summer

Lauren Clark, 28, is charged with causing the death of Darren Goldsby by dangerous driving on the A1065 near the Newton Road junction at Castle Acre.

The crash happened on August 8 last year.

Clark, of Oulton Close, Swaffham, appeared before Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.

The case was sent to Norwich Crown Court for a hearing on January 20.

An inquest into the death of Mr Goldsby, of Colkirk, near Fakenham, has been opened and adjourned.
