West Lynn woman refused to provide breath sample after KFC drink-drive tip-off

Police who were tipped off about a possible drink-driver at KFC in Lynn quickly located the vehicle near the South Gate.

It was about 10pm on November 2 when they began following 41-year-old Kelly Beard.
