No matter your age or fitness level, whether you want to bring the whole family or make new friends, absolutely everyone is invited to join the workout. And afterwards, there will be the chance to meet the man himself, snap a pic and chat all things fitness.

Please bring suitable workout footwear and something waterproof to wear (just in case), as well as your own water bottle. And, if you prefer to use one, a yoga mat.

Check-in for this event is open at 9am, with a 'Welcome and Warm-up' at 10am. Joe will be working out the crowd from 10.15am and there will be a meet and greet afterwards between 11am and 1pm. Plenty of time for you to grab a selfie with him.

Adult tickets are £8, under-16s £5 and under threes free. Go to the Sandringham website to buy tickets.
