Old Hunstanton beach hut on the market for £250,000 with agents Cruso and Wilkin
Borough beach hut prices are riding on the crest of a wave with one at Old Hunstanton on the market for a cool £250,000.
The agents, Cruso and Wilkin, who regularly have huts up for sale, say this is the most expensive they have seen along this stretch of the picturesque coastline.
It stands back in an elevated and secluded position and has “fantastic views over the dunes to the sea”.
The interior has been tastefully modernised with the shoreline just a stone’s throw away.
Nicola Lee, of Cruso and Wilkin, said: “We previously sold this hut to the current owner in 2019 – it was then the most expensive hut to be sold on Old Hunstanton beach!
"The location and views are second to none and the fact there is mains electricity, water and drainage makes it stand out from all the other beach huts for sale.”
Beach Hut R1 has a kitchen area, electric shower, wc and a large verandah for making the most of the sea views.
The sellers are looking for a £250,000 – which will just buy the hut and not the land it stands on.
