Have your say

Having been a Tapping House volunteer for 27 years, worked with Dr Ford and known of his dreams to have a hospice full of TLC, with patients getting five star treatment, I am appalled that his Pavilion has been relegated to a builder’s site office.

Tapping House was named after Mr and Mrs Tapping who funded the first bungalow and helped Hugh Ford realise his dream by leaving the original Norfolk hospice a large legacy. They, like Dr Ford, are in danger of being forgotten, yet without their inspiration the new hospice at Hillington, which is so badly needed, might not exist.
