Chief executives and leaders of Norfolk, why is it that our homeless charity in Lynn, the Purfleet Trust, is in danger of closing at the end of the month for the want of £50,000?
How can this be allowed to happen? How is this supporting vulnerable people? Why is the key priority for Norfolk County Council of supporting vulnerable people being allowed to wither on the vine?
The Purfleet Trust runs the local food bank, offers advice and works with the DWP to help get people back into work. Wasteful projects in the public sector should go, not support for valuable services.
