Have your say

I have just completed a series of visits to th Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn, as a patient in the urology unit in theatre and Elm Ward to resolve problems associated with kidney and bladder stones.

Throughout I was very impressed by the professionalism and high morale of everyone with whom I came into contact. The assimilation of the Spanish nurses into Elm Ward shows every sign of being a great success and is a tribute to the leadership in that department.

Since my previous visits as an in-patient, when I had the good fortune to be cared for by Dr Serkar and his Stroke Unit team in 2009 and 2012, the improvement in the appointments department is very noticeable, both in the ease of making appointments and the associated paperwork which is now clear and concise.

After 20 years in the Royal Navy, albeit some time ago, I recoognise a happy, efficent ship when I see one.
