Have your say

I agree with Malcolm Cox (February 5) in his praise of Edward Wheatley’s writing style.

He makes many of the other correspondents, including myself, woefully inadequate in getting our message across. As for his ideological divide, I cannot separate his views from my own, particularly his recent attack on the creeping privatisation of the NHS. Jo Rust is nowhere near strong enough to persuade local voters to change political allegiance on matters such as immigration, and the destruction of the NHS by the Tory supporting spivs that supply goods and services to hospitals at inflated prices. On the subject of writing rich literary style, perhaps Lynn News could find a new Hunstanton columnist to replace Turnstone. Perhaps Edward would take up this challenge. Dick Melton would also be a refreshing change.
