Jeremy Corbyn, leader of the Labour Party
Jeremy Corbyn, leader of the Labour Party
Have your say

I don’t care whether Jeremy Corbyn sings the National Anthem or ‘The Red Flag’ and I certainly wouldn’t go through the medieval practice of kneeling to or kissing the hand of the monarch, even the marvellous one we are currently lucky to have.

I even agree with several of his policies – on taxation and privatisation of public transport and the utilities, to name but two.

No, where Corbyn fails for me is in his refusal to act to protect the jobs, homes, education and health of the working and middle classes by his support for immigration. His young supporters cannot, of course, have any idea of how this country was before and I fear they will only find out when it is too late.
