Some recent propoganda from the “stay in” EU brigade, claims that leaving the EU will plunge us into another recession. Well – I have news for you all.
We pensioners are experiencing an abundance of attacks on our welfare.
Long waits for doctors’ appointments; loss of St James footcare; operation cancellations; withdrawal of community policing; tax office closure; post office facilities reduced, loss of free disabled parking at the hospital, reduced Trading Standards assistance; care home closures – I could go on.
I think all of this indicates that we (at the lower end) have been in a full recession for a long time and leaving the EU will make no discernable difference.
