Have your say

On Easter Tuesday, my husband George Moseley had a bad fall in our hall. I told him to stay still and I phoned the ambulance. They were there in 10 minutes.

George was well looked after in the A and E and X-ray departments at the QEH. They diagnosed a broken thigh bone. He was operated on the same afternoon to pin the femur. The sister and nurses were very good with information about George because I am not able to get to the QEH.

I would like to say that everyone has given first-class care to George.

I thank the ambulance crew, Gayton ward sister and staff, the catering staff who supplied very good meals, Leon, a wonderful young man who was George’s physio and his team, also Dom and Simon who made life easier at home, the virtual team and especially Seth who was so kind and helpful and Rob who saw that things needed doing and did them.

Thank you also to Fiona and her team of nurses who have been looking after George with injections and unclipping the dressings; and the very good and kind surgeon and doctors, the Norfolk First support team, Alison and the Red Cross team, Julie who recommended people to help me and last, but not least, Tonya who owns Downham Market Classic Catering who bring meals every day.

Thank you everyone.

Janice Moseley,
