Could somebody at Norfolk County Hall explain the real reason for the crossing not to be installed at Poppyfields, West Lynn, because their reason given in Friday’s Lynn News is beyond the pale.
I thought that to anyone who has an iq above two could see that the whole reason for a crossing is because the traffic goes to fast.
Does this mean if there is a fatal accident at this spot, we the public can have those responsible at County Hall arrested and tried for premeditated murder?
All it needs is a sign stating pedestrian crossing ahead SLOW DOWN.
Once again common sense has been eliminated from the county’s vocabulary.
