With the elections coming up soon, the main topic seems to be the National Health Service and how hard done by they are.

If we lived in a perfect world it would be boring.

The NHS is a critical part of society and we all rely on this organisation during our lifespan.

With all organisations large or small, the success is generated from the management team at the top and good supervision

down to the bottom.

The easiest thing in the world is to keep pumping money into an organisation year after year and people still want more.

I suggest the NHS should have a complete audit from top to bottom to identify where all the billions of pounds are being spent.

I am sure there is a lot of unnecessary wastage that can be stopped.

I am proud of the NHS and all that it stands for, but a closer look needs to be done in the financial bracket at hospitals and where they spend the money.

Keep up the good work all medical staff, you do a good job.
