Bowled over at Hunstanton tournament

Hunstanton and District Open Bowls Tournament had its 39th year, after a two-year break, and some 250 bowlers from across the Eastern region took part in the tournament at Cliff Parade Bowls Club.

Alive West Norfolk in conjunction with Sue Clare and her team at Cliff Parade Bowls Club ran the annual event and welcomed players from as far as Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire as well many local bowlers.

A spokesperson said: "We would like to thank everyone who helps and is involved in this event, especially thanks to Cliff Parade Bowls Club.
