Green is situated on Manor Road opposite St Mary’s Church
Dersingham Institute Bowls Club open their green on Saturday, April 6 at 2pm.
The club are providing a light buffet and other refreshments.
Anyone wishing to join should arrive at 1.30pm. The green is situated on Manor Road opposite St Mary’s Church.
The club is celebrating its 100th year and has a busy bowling and social season ahead of them.
The club is also holding an open day on Sunday, April 14, from 10am until 3pm for members of the public to come along and try bowls.
Smooth soled flat shoes would be appreciated, a selection of bowls will be provided in different sizes and there will be qualified coaches to give advice on the art of lawn bowling.
Free refreshments will be available all day provided by the club’s social committee.
