Fakenham Town 1 Stansted 1 (Fakenham win 4-2 on penalties)

Tom Coombe was the penalty hero for Fakenham in a dramatic FA Vase clash against Stansted at the Daly Group Stadium this afternoon.

Coombe saved two of the visitors' spot-kicks to send his side through to the next stage – but after an injury-time penalty from Josh Hazell had kept the Ghosts in the tie right at the death.

Fakenham looked to be heading out in normal time after the Essex side took the lead 24 minutes into the second half.

But Hazell fired home an equaliser from the spot with literally seconds left on the clock to send the tie to a shoot-out.

The quartet of Josh Youngs, Hazell, Devine Shanganya and Lewis Sturman were all successful from the spot with Sturman's kick eventually sending the Ghosts through to the third round.
