King’s Lynn Town midfielder David Bridges has been appointed as the new first team coach at The Walks, the club have confirmed this morning.

Bridges - an experienced player and UEFA B coach - will work alongside the current management team of Gary Setchell and Neil Fryatt, as well as continuing to play.

The move is a positive one with the Linnets currently on a run of just one win in seven games.

Bridges (32) has a wealth of experience for both Setchell and Fryatt to tap into as Lynn look to make a late bid to reach the play-offs.
