Swaffham Town Reserves 4 South Walsham 2

The Pedlars first team were without a game, Team Bury postponing due to standing water at their ground, so attention turned to the Reserves, writes Harry Cottenden.

Thirty minutes into the first half a defensive mistake by Swaffham led to a chance converted by Adam Brown who calmly slotted home past home keeper Josh Barnes.

In the 40th minute Swaffham levelled through a far post header by defender Ben Harris.

Just two minutes after the break the home side took the lead for the first time via Ashley Page. Other home second half goals came from Jamie Buhlemann when set up by Ahmed Rhaouti, and a penalty by Buhlemann after Finlay Bloodworth was brought down.

Man of the match: number eight Steve Aspery who was denied by the crossbar after he hit a cracking shot from just inside his half.
