With four postponements due to the weather, only three fixtures went ahead, two in the League Cup and one in Division Two.

In a re-arranged fixture, it seems March Saracens still had their eye on Christmas as hosts Horsepigs racked up a huge 16-0 win.

On the scoresheet were Jon Sykes 4, Paul Richardson 3, John Murphy 3, Robert Eves 3, Lee Maplesden, Wayne Smith and Danny Kew.

The big shock came from Lynnsport’s 3G pitch as River Lane, new leaders of Division Three, hosted divisional counterparts Heacham Reserves, who walked away with a 9-0 win.

Timothy Pepper led the way with a nap hand. Martin Gibbs had a brace, with singles for Adam Peel and Jak Hindley.

Fresh from overturning previously unbeaten Sutton St James last week, CR Eastern Province followed that up with a 6-0 win at Wisbech Social.

Ashley Prosper bagged a hat-trick with goal machine Curtis Morais scoring twice and Daniel Kerry a single.

Chilvers have been handed a home draw in the semi-final against Schoolhouse, which will be played on March 1 at River Lane. The final is at Carrow Road, Norwich.
