Both King’s Lynn Town FC sides face midweek action.

In the Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division, the Linnets – who had no weekend fixture – tomorrow travel to Cambridge City.

Meanwhile, King’s Lynn Town Reserves tonight entertain Downham Town in the Norfolk Senior Cup at the third time of asking.

Lynn Reserves fielded at the weekend for their victory at March Town United debutant Alex Clunan, who was on target.

Reserves boss Robbie Back went back to his former club Dersingham to sign Clunan.

In the Norfolk Senior Cup quarter-final, the winners of tonight’s tie have been drawn away to the winners of Wroxham and Great Yarmouth.

The tie is scheduled for Saturday, January 9.

Frome Town’s FA Trophy tie against Chesham United ended 1-1. Frome came back from 1-0 down, were reduced to ten men, missed a penalty and then equalised. This means it is uncertain if Lynn will have a league game in a fortnight’s time.

Lynn have two re-arranged games. Merthyr Town make the trip from Wales to The Walks on Tuesday, January 5. Hitchin Town will visit on Tuesday, February 9.
