Lynn Under 18’s progressed to the second round of the Thurlow Nunn Youth League Cup at The Walks in front of a crowd of 156 on Wednesday.



Lynn’s scorers were Danny Wright, Danny Setchell and Ashley Quantrill.

The Pedlars lost their important midweek fixture on Wednesday which leaves them in 17th place, five points behind 14th-spot Walsham-Le Willows. Att: 54.

Swaffham tomorrow go to Newmarket Town to replay their previously abandoned game, after the Jockeys’ keeper required medical attention following Swaffham’s second goal. The Reserves lost 2-1 at home to Hemsby, Toby Millward getting the Swaffham goal from the penalty spot. Next weekend they host Fakenham Town Reserves.

Swaffham Veterans on Sunday are at home to Cringleford Old Boys.

In the Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division, Fakenham Town host FC Clacton.

In Division One, Downham Town travel to Braintree Town, while King’s Lynn Reserves host AFC Sudbury.
