King’s Lynn Town Reserves tomorrow begin their Thurlow Nunn League Division One season with a bit of a trip to the unknown at new side Framlingham Town.

Reserves boss Rob Back has everyone available and will have new signings Nathan Howard, Chris Ward and Jake Wiseman in the squad.

He also another new striker signed last (Thursday) night.

Back said: “Ben Baxter Hunt scored many goals in local lower league football, and deserves a chance in higher football. I’m pretty sure he will be a decent signing for us. He was going to sign for Downham but we just got in before he signed for them.”

He said of the Suffolk side: “I don’t know too much about Framlingham, but it will be a tough game as they start as a new team and will be a special day for their club, but like a cup final for them.

“Hopefully we can improve on fifth place last year and a few more young lads can progress into the first team squad.”
