Redgate Rangers FC held their annual Youth Tournament Sunday with record numbers in attendance.
Some 104 teams took to the field across the eight age groups, with Smithdon High School in Hunstanton a colourful scene with more than 3,000 people watching or taking part.
Age group winners were: Under 7 Heacham Minors, U8 Waveney FC, U9 Reffley, U10 Lakenheath FC, U11 Deeping Rangers FC, U12 Attleborough Town, U13 Leverington A, U14 Drayton.
Chairman of Redgate Rangers Danny Lincoln has received great feedback from all teams and clubs, with many travelling from a far distance to take part.
He said: “It’s great to see all the kids enjoying the game. A lot of hard work was put in before and on the day to get this to go ahead.
“We’ve moved on from last year with 30-plus more teams entered, and as you can see by the winners this year, a lot of strong teams have travelled to take part.
“I would like to thank all the local sponsors, all the people who helped leading up to and on the day.
“It’s been a very busy summer for the football club, with moving grounds and hosting a Cambridge Utd side and to get this to be a massive success, it just doesn’t happen without your dedicated helpers and supporters.”
