Hingham Athletic 0 Redgate Rangers 2

Redgate came away with the points at the CS Morley Cup winners on Wednesday, always a hard place to gain a victory.

A first half goal scored by Adrian Hill, after the corner fell nicely for him to slot home. Hingham were then reduced to 10 men on the stroke of half-time.

In the second half Redgate struggled to make the extra man count and missed a host of chances. The second goal was needed as Hingham were working hard and creating chances from the left side. Redgate were reduced to 10 with 20 minutes to go. This brought pressure on the Redgate back 4, but they defended well.

Hill broke forward and found Danny Jezeph to bag a well deserved 49th goal of the season to finish the game off with 10 minutes left.

Redgate host Long Stratton Reserves on Saturday at Downs Road, Hunstanton in their last fixture of the season (2.30pm ko). The Division 4 Trophy will be presented by the Almary Green Anglian Combination after the game.
