Downham-based company continue backing of West Norfolk goalkeeping academy

The long-term future of the gkacademy remains in safe hands thanks to the continued support of a Downham-based company.

Morris Armitage have sponsored the academy for numerous years which helps them provide goalkeeper training to West Norfolk shotstoppers aged between the ages of seven and 18 with kit and equipment.

The gkacademy runs goalkeeping training for U7-U18 at Southery on Monday and Wednesday nights.

Although they were unable to get a full group photo, the gkacademy selected a few of the goalkeepers together for a photo during one of their recent sessions.

Once again, the gkacademy will host its goalkeeper tournament on July 25, which is pretty much full with close to 80 keepers already signed up.

They will also host a 3v3 youth tournament on the same day for teams to enter.
