It's a case of home comforts in latest race for youngsters at Springwood High School

Juniors from Lynn Cycling Club (KLCC) continued their winning streak in the penultimate round of the Eastern region Muddy Monsters league at Springwood High School.

Riders travelled from Ely, Cambridge, St Ives and Peterborough to race on a fast course designed to challenge the stamina of the riders.

KLCC Juniors assembled a strong team and won every race in all age categories, in what was a clean sweep for the youngsters.

Well done to all and it was great to see some new faces. Thank you to all of the volunteers who made this a great event.

The club has just announced details of their third cycle sportive, which will be held on the 9th June and will start at Gt Massingham Village Hall.

There will be a choice of four routes from eight miles (for families), all the way up to 100 miles.

This will attract hundreds of cyclists from East Anglia of all abilities and ages.

The money raised will go to the 'Local Mind charity'.
