The teenager ending the indoor season third in the UK rankings.

She claimed the Norfolk county indoor title and the Eastern regional indoor title before securing a pair of superb silver medals at both the South of England champs at Lee Valley and at the UK national indoor championships in Sheffield.

Johnson continues to do great things in the outdoor season over the 75m distance, involving setting new club records and new personal bests, winning the Norfolk County Championships, and both the Norfolk and Anglian schools titles.

Some athletes can plateau after a big improvement in form in a short time, but Johnson is the opposite as she continues to raise the bar at every event she competes in.

The competition this weekend will be made up of the very best hurdlers in the UK and is sure to be a tough challenge.

Johnson began her hurdles journey in 2022, under the guidance of top West Norfolk coach, John Greenhalgh.

All at KES Academy, West Norfolk Athletics Club, family, and friends wish her and the team the very best.
