King’s Lynn Golf Club are delighted that Danny Gallagher, greenkeeper at the club, has gained his Level 3 work-based Diploma-Greenkeeper/SVQ .
In addition, Danny has been nominated for the Toro Student Greenkeeper of the Year Awards 2019.
The winner will receive an eight-week all expenses paid Toro Scholarship, including six-week residential turf management study course at the University of Massachusetts, a trip to the Golf Industry Show and a visit to the Toro factory.
The club said: “This is a great achievement for 20 year-old Danny, who says he enjoys working at King’s Lynn Golf Club and is looking forward to the future.”
