The King’s Lynn Stars made it back-to-back victories over Leicester on Saturday night following a 46-44 win at Beaumont Park to boost their play-off hopes.
In a close meeting, which went down to the final race, Stars number one Niels-Kristian Iversen edged out his counterpart Jason Doyle to take victory, with guest Richard Lawson securing three league points for Lynn.
Both sides matched each other in the early stages of the meeting, with the deadlock being broken in heat five when reserve guest Adam Ellis and returnee Nicklas Porsing (pictured) scored a 4-2.
The home side, Leicester, hit straight back with two race advantages which gave them a four-point lead.
After the turn of the meeting, the Stars levelled the scores as Kenneth Bjerre and Ellis scored a much-needed 5-1.
