By Pete Woodhouse

West Norfolk Athletic Club’s endurance athletes braved last weekend’s hurricane conditions with some 500 runners supporting the Break charity battling the five-mile course through fields, marshes and bridleways on the Stody estate near Holt.

WNAC were placed third in the team awards with Benjamin Collison making the top 10 in 30:47.

Meanwhile, Martin Koenigsberger and Neil Watson finished side by side for 22nd and 23rd respectively while John Greenhalgh had a sprint finish for 37th.
