Five students from Lynn’s Kuk Sool Won School took part in a grading to progress to the next level in their training.

School owners Darren and Marie and instructors are proud of the students, some of whom have only been training with them a short time.

Students demonstrated all their kicking skills, empty hand forms, safe falling techniques, self-defence techniques, hand strikes and lots of cardio and strength exercises, finishing it all off with board breaking with hands and feet.

Kuk Sool Won is a fully comprehensive system of Korean martial arts.

It teaches from Sah Doh Mu Sool (family or tribal martial arts), Bool Kyo Mu Sool (Buddhist temple martial arts) and Koong Joong (Korean royal palace martial arts).

Kuk Sool Won of Lynn has a full spectrum of students at different levels and abilities.

If you or someone you know has ever thought of having a go at martial arts give the school a try.

It welcomes all new students, young and mature. Call Marie on 07957961877 or Darren on 07545239300 to book a free introduction session, or visit: www.kuksoolwonofkingslynn.co.uk
