King's Lynn Town's Bromley clash survives morning pitch inspection

King's Lynn Town's National League clash with Bromley looks set to go ahead later today, following a morning pitch inspection.

The check was arranged for 9am, amid concerns about the state of the Walks pitch after recent bad weather.

But the club confirmed via social media that the match remains on.

Heavy rain is forecast from around lunchtime, though conditions are expected to ease after the scheduled 3pm kick-off.

Both sides are looking to bounce back after defeats in their last outings.

Lynn went down 1-0 at home to Altrincham last Saturday, before their midweek game with Woking was postponed due to the weather.

Meanwhile, Bromley, who are fourth in the table, lost 3-1 at home to leaders Stockport County on Tuesday night.
