Castle Acre stayed clear at the top of Division One of the Norfolk League on Saturday.

They narrowly beat Reepham and Salle by three runs, despite the efforts of Toby Peters (86).

Tommy Anderson hit 102 for Snettisham A as they stayed second while Chris Burgess’ 99 not out kept Thornham in touch.

In Division Two West, Beeston are top, thanks to half-centuries from Ben Wall and Tom Roberson.

Mark Spillett (100) and Ajay Jadhar (134no) starred for Drayton, backed up by 5-16 from Phil Soanes, while Finn Lowe (115) and Ian Slegg (108no) saw Fakenham to victory.

Nick Morgan picked up 5-47 for Gooderstone, who lost to second-placed Hardingham.

Downham Stow also won in Division Four West thanks to 111 from Mike Broad.
