King’s Lynn circuit plays host to a bumper weekend of Easter racing

The action was fast and furious during a bumper helping of racing over the Easter Bank Holiday at the Adrian Flux Arena.

Saturday night saw the unlimited bangers in action alongside a double helping of stock cars, both F1 and V8 stock cars.

Monday was the Wacky Races day as drivers and fans across the UK and mainland Europe descended on Lynn.

More than 140 cars were in attendance on Saturday and 457 Callum Gill ensured he had a good night with a second and fifth-place finish in the F1 stock cars, plus the accolade of fastest lap in the class too.

In the Wacky Races on Monday, more than 100 cars did battle as fans were treated to some fantastic banger and stock car action.

This weekend, it is the Thrills and Spills Saturday (5pm), where the F2 stock cars, saloon stock cars, junior bangers and small van bangers take centre stage.

West Norfolk hopes will rest with 43 Marcus Gilbert in the F2 stock cars and 151 Levi List, 329 Kegan Sampson and 341 Austen Freestone in the bumper happy saloon stock cars.

List looks to defend his Under 25 Championship crown, while 478 Morgan Bailey and 669 William Cartwright will be on track in the juniors, hoping to maintain their early-season form..
