King’s Lynn require a point from home clash against Chester to confirm their place in National League North play-offs after Needham Market win
Needham Market 0 King’s Lynn Town 1
King's Lynn Town need one point to confirm their place in the National League North play-offs.
Defender Kian Ronan struck late in Suffolk as Lynn extended their unbeaten sequence to six games by beating their already-relegated hosts.
With Hereford and Buxton both losing, it means Lynn have a great chance of extending their season ahead of the home clash against Chester.
Lynn sit fifth in the league table, three points ahead of Chorley, Hereford and Curzon, who are one place outside of the top seven.
A point against Chester at the weekend will also give Lynn a home quarter-final in the play-offs with either Chorley or Curzon Ashton looking the likely opposition, depending on other results on the final day.
