King's Lynn Town have rearranged their pre-season programme following the late postponement of their friendly at Fakenham on Saturday.

The Linnets will now participate in the Cheshunt Community Tournament this weekend where they will face fixtures against fixtures Haringey (2.45pm) and Cheshunt (4.10pm).

As a result of this, the club are now seeking a replacement away fixture for Saturday week (July 30) when they should have originally been playing Cheshunt.

Lynn are seeking a game against a Step 3, 4 or 5 club in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire or Suffolk.

On the rearrangement, the Linnets said: "The club are grateful to Cheshunt FC for accomodating us at short notice.

"As a consequence of this rescheduling, the planned game against Cheshunt FC on July 30 is now cancelled."

Any interested teams that are interested and available for a game on July 30should contact the club via: digital@kltown.co.uk
