West Norfolk driver takes the honours in 25 & Under Championship of GB at King’s Lynn circuit

West Norfolk drivers enjoyed plenty of success over the Bank Holiday weekend with the main races in each formula being taken by a local driver on Saturday night.

Levi List started off the local rout in the 2L stock cars when he stormed to victory in the 25 & Under Championship of GB, which was the night's opening race.

List hit the front on the third lap and went on to take a comfortable victory.

Later in the night Austin Freestone – who has made a tremendous start to 2024 – will surely be heading back to the red grade after winning the meeting final and in doing so also winning his first-ever final at his local track.

The big race for the unlimited banger was the White & Yellow Championship which saw plenty of action throughout the race with several track blockages.

Coming through all the chaos to take the victory was Fakenham’s Ashlun Woods.

The junior bangers were also staging their big race for low-grade drivers with the White & Yellow Championship which saw a flag-to-flag victory for William Cartwright who didn’t put a wheel wrong all race.

Later in the night, Morgan Bailey claimed a career-first victory in the All-Comers race.

Racing returns to Lynn tomorrow (5pm) for a full-on BriSCA stock car special with both the F1 and F2 stock cars in action.
