Alive Lynnsport plays host to Quadkids athletics finals

LEARN MOREThere was a Commonwealth Games feel at Alive Lynnsport last week with 23 school teams all competing in the School Sports Partnership Quadkids Athletics finals.
Teams of five girls and five boys all completed a 75m sprint, 600m endurance run, vortex howler throw and Standing long jump and times and distances were converted to team points.
In the morning competition Terrington were runners-up and the overall winners were North Wootton Academy.
In the afternoon competition Denver were runners-up and the overall winners were St Martha's.
Other schools competing were Sandringham, Whitefriars, Holly Meadows, Middleton, Howard Junior, Flitcham, Hillcrest, Gayton, Ashwicken, Walpole Cross Keys, South Wootton Junior, Fairstead, Holy Cross, Upwell, Hilgay, Ten Mile Bank, Clenchwarton and West Lynn.
