Owen Norris and Josh Taylor registered seven goals between them as rink hockey players from Lynn returned to winning ways with a resounding 9-1 win over London Dragons in the Premier League.

Lynn were determined to prove themselves from the outset following their disappointing draw against Soham last time out.

The hosts started the game strongly, pressuring the away team and forcing them into making mistakes.

Lynn asserted their dominance by having lots of possession, and creating some good chances.

After seven minutes they took the lead with their first goal coming through Jack Tucker after a great spell of team play.

It took another 10 minutes before they added to their tally through a long range Josh Taylor backhand slapshot into the top corner.

Keeping the pressure on, Lynn were able to move the ball around well.

Josh Horn found himself free on the far post and finished well first time, giving the visiting goalkeeper no chance.

Ehab Nasir made an instant impact from the bench on his first Premier League appearance, injecting lots of energy into the game and creating some great chances and unlucky not to score.

Taylor and Owen Norris were also able to add to their season’s tally to give Lynn a 5-0 advantage going into the interval.

Tom Allander, in goal for the first half, made some good saves, denying London any way back into the game.

After the break, Norris and Taylor added two more goals each as Lynn highlighted their superiority.

Lynn were very close to securing a welcome clean sheet until a late defensive error led to a blue card, giving London a direct free hit.
