March Sunday 1 Shouldham 3

Title favourites Shouldham took the three points with goals from Jo Malby, Delano Lloyd and Martyn Williams, while March Sunday replied through Ash Impey.

West Lynn Athletic 0

Ingoldisthorpe 7

Despite a very hard pitch, this game went ahead and suited Ingoldisthorpe with their best display of the season.

Kyle Hitchcock scored the first after having hit the post earlier and Liam Greenacre added the second before West Lynn Athletic missed a penalty just before half-time.

Into the second half and Ricky Ramshaw hit a screamer for the goal of the game before Ashley Prosper, Simon Bush, James Davies and Ben English added to the tally and Jamie Smalley kept a clean sheet.

West Winch William Burt against Southery ASA was postponed due to a frozen pitch.

North West Norfolk League

Division One Cup

Snettisham 0 Heacham 5

The Heacham team benefited from there only being one game to play in the club.

Heacham went ahead in tight first half through a penalty. However, in the second half the Heacham team took their chances well and scored four more times.

Snettisham never gave up and their man-of-the-match was the tireless Stuart Deadman.

Snettisham goalkeeper Kieran O’Grady played even though he had a broken toe and also saved a penalty.
