Middleton Hall Golf Club hosts seniors versus juniors clash

The annual seniors versus juniors match organised by Chris Woolley, junior organiser and ladies captain at Middleton Hall Golf Club, recently took place.

Every match was very close, but the seniors eventually came out victorious 3-2.

Afterwards everyone sat down to enjoy a meal together and all agreed it had been a very enjoyable day.

Meanwhile, five junior girls from the club took part in the Autumn County Trophy, which this year was held at Swaffham Golf Club.

For the third successive year the trophy was won by a junior girl from Middleton Hall, with another youngster from Middleton finishing in second.

The trophy was won by Lucy Partridge with 39 points, followed by Olivia Sharp in second.

The Autumn meeting is when all the county junior trophies are given out and this year Poppy Beales, also from Middleton Hall, won the Order of Merit Trophy.

Congratulations go to all five girls for representing Middleton Hall so well.
