Renegade Runners make their mark at Marham race

Renegade Runners members were well represented at the Marham Flyers 10k in terms of runners and volunteers.

Official results were still unavailable at the time of going to press but times and results were provided by club members.

Mitchell Bunn, on the day before his 19th birthday, showed his continued progress on a very testing day with heat, wind and a tougher course to contend with, running 36.09 to finish second overall.

Cassie Moden also had a successful day, finishing as second female in 42.56 to equal her pb.

Nathan Yeaman also performed exceptionally well, smashing his personal best by more than four minutes when clocking 42.14.

A big well done to Irena Marcinek who sacrificed her own run to aid a fallen runner.
